At 123 Refills, we value customer satisfaction above everything else. To that extent we offer only the highest products, quick and inexpensive shipping and reliable customer support.

General Return Policy:

• 100% NO RISK exchange guarantee - If you return a defective product for EXCHANGE, you will have the product 100% exchanged with a new replacement in line with the specific product category policy listed below
• If you are returning a defective product and request a REFUND, you will receive a product refund (less S&H) in line with the specific product category policy listed below
  

INKJET CARTRIDGES:

• We offer 100% product exchange on unopened or defective product
• We offer a 100% refund for defective product (restocking fee* may apply)

Any inkjet cartridge returned must be at least 75% full and un-tampered with in order to qualify for return

INKJET REFILLS: (this category includes ink refill kits, bulk inks, and other ink refill related accessories)

• We offer 100% product exchange on unopened or defective product
• We offer a 100% refund for defective product (restocking fee* may apply)

It is important to realize that any perceived "quality" or "defective" issues with these products are usually the result of a defective cartridge that is being refilled, and not with the ink that you are refilling into the cartridge.  If (before you refill your cartridge) your cartridge is already printing with streaks or lines, or if the cartridge's print heads have dried considerably due to non-use, your cartridge is basically already defective or exhibiting signs of defect, and refilling it will not bring it back to life.  Don't expect our ink refills to perform miracles - they are intended to refill functional cartridges.  It is always recommended to refill an inkjet cartridge BEFORE it completely empties and while it is still printing well, or very soon after it empties so the print heads don't dry beyond repair.  Refunds / exchanges can only be offered if you provide a printout that shows that the quality problem is not with the cartridge itself, but rather with the ink in our refills.

CONTINUOUS INK SYSTEMS:

• 15% Restocking Fee applies for all returns

Most of the issues with the CISS products are related to installation.  If these products are properly installed you should have no problems with these products.  You can always contact us for technical assistance and we can troubleshoot the problems that you may have.  All returns for CISS products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

TONER CARTRIDGES:

It is important to realize that any perceived "quality" issues with these products are usually the result of a defective cartridge that is being refilled, and not with the toner that you are refilling into the cartridge.  If (before you refill your cartridge) it is already printing with streaks, lines, or blotches, your cartridge is basically already defective or exhibiting signs of defect, and refilling it will not bring it back to life.  Don't expect our toner refills to perform miracles - they are intended to refill functional cartridges.  It is always recommended to refill only ORIGINAL toner cartridges, or remanufactured cartridges that have NEW PARTS REPLACED (such as the toner cartridges we remanufacture and sell).  Since a toner cartridge has multiple moving parts, these parts do wear out and affect quality.  Our refills are intended to provide the same quality prints as the last few pages that your cartridge printed before you refilled it.  Refunds / exchanges can only be offered if you provide a printout that shows that the quality problem is not with the cartridge itself, but rather with the toner in our refills.

* Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error or if the product is marked "defective" by the customer but found to be in working condition

INKEDIBLES: (this category includes all edible products sold on the site)

• You can return unopened product for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase (15% restocking fee applies for refunds, restocking fee is waived for exchanges)
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is for a defective cartridge, in which case return shipping label will be provided to exchange the defective cartridge with a new one. Edible inks (bulk ink, ink refills) are considered food products, and as such cannot be returned if open or use

Here are the rules to follow for your return:

• Refunds will be issued if the return is requested within 30 days of purchase (or 45 days for international customers). No refunds will be issued after this period.
• Exchanges will be issued if the return is requested within 180 days (6 months). No refunds will be issued after this period.
• Each return MUST have an RMA number, "a Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Email us at rma@123refills.net to request an RMA number and be sure to indicate the reason for your return.
• Please write down your RMA number on the outside of the box that contains the merchandise you want to return. One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request a different RMA number for each return. When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. 123 Refills will not be responsible for any shipping loss
• Include a copy of the RMA authorization email with your return
• Physical damage to the returned product will void the product's warranty and the RMA policy
• All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories
• The shipping fee is non-refundable. The buyer is always responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product, as well as insurance. 123 Refills will not reimburse any customer for the shipping cost of a returned product
• Please allow 4-10 business days to process your return
• Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals.  All returns are inspected and tested.
• We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including: Any item that is returned after the 30 day grace period (45 days for international customers), or any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts, any photo paper that has been printed on or used
• Returns should be received back at our facility no more than 14 days after a return authorization number is issued.
  

Canceled orders or address errors: Canceled orders or address corrections must be called in to 626-371-1022 before 11 a.m. PST. We do not accept emails as a way of cancelling orders. For any refused package or any returns to 123 Refills due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card the full amount of your purchase, less any shipping charges that we incurred.
