There is no application fee. However, if you are approved for the program and receive a free color printer, you will be billed a one-time documentation fee of $50 that will appear on your first invoice from our leasing partner.
What happens at the end of the program?
If all monthly payments and any other amounts owed under the INKlusive Printer Agreement and Program have been paid in full the customer can keep the printer for free.

The INKlusive FREE color printer program is available to businesses in the United States who have acceptable credit as determined through the application process. Applicants will be notified of their status approximately 48 hours after the application is submitted.
What happens if I run out of ink during the month?
You may purchase additional solid ink supplies through 123 Refills.
Are there other supplies
I must use for the printer that aren’t included?
Additional consumables such as maintenance kits are the responsibility of the customer and can be purchased through 123 Refills. Each unit will come with factory installed starter consumables so that you are able to print right out of the box.
Can I obtain more than one printer under the
program?
Yes, as long as you are credit approved.
What do they look for to approve my credit?
Credit guidelines vary slightly from industry to industry. In general an established business (3 years or older) must be able to show proof of credit history, i.e. Dun & Bradstreet reporting. New businesses (under 3 years) are subject to further evaluation, and may include personal credit reviews & security deposits. If you are an independent agent or sole proprietorship applying, you may be asked for proof of business licensing and will be subject to personal credit reviews. Only fully completed applications will be considered and processed.
